Dr. Kenneth King
Dr. King was born and raised near Amish country in northeast Ohio. He attended the University of Houston, where he graduated with honors with his bachelors and Doctor of Optometry degree in 1992.
After graduation, he returned to Ohio to be near family. While there, he helped build a successful group practice for over 25 years. He has experience in ocular disease, glaucoma management, diabetic eye care, and pre and post-surgical care.
But, the Lone Star State kept calling, and now he is thrilled to be back. He enjoys practicing full scope optometry. His passions include listening to patients and solving their visual problems. Dr. King believes it is important to treat his patients as people not just a set of eyes.
He is a member of the national and state optometric associates and has volunteered on vision mission trips, with Vision USA and the Infant See Program.
In his spare time, he enjoys boating, hiking, and exploring his new home state. He looks forward to becoming part of the community.
